NCARB is excited to announce that Architect Registration Examination® (ARE®) candidates will be able to schedule remote-proctored appointments in mid-November 2020. Changes that will make remote proctoring possible are expected to launch

On August 27, 2020 the Governor of Guam issued Executive Order 2020-29 extending the stay at home order to September 2, 2020. Our office will be remain closed to the public until the order has been lifted.

Please see the attached communication that will be released to candidates and the public on Tuesday.

By Executive Order 2020-27, the Guam Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors (PEALS) will be temporarily closed in order to take every precaution to safeguard our community in its efforts to fight the spread of COVID19.
